Your Rights and Obligations as a zbaj Player

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zbaj ("zbaj", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://zbaj.io (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the zbaj Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with zbaj, including account creation and maintenance, deposits and withdrawals, participation in casino games, sports betting, promotional offers, and your rights and obligations as a player on the Platform. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your overall agreement with zbaj.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on the zbaj Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matching funds awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software supplier (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) whose games are made available on the Platform.
• "Platform" means the zbaj website at https://zbaj.io, including all associated services, games, and features.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency in which all zbaj balances are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process zbaj may require players to complete.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain a zbaj account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. zbaj strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by anyone under 21 years old.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and/or sports betting is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee of any other person.
• You have not previously been excluded from zbaj or any other online gaming platform through a self-exclusion programme that remains in effect.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or affiliate of zbaj or any of its Game Providers.

zbaj reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by zbaj may result in account suspension and the withholding of any account Balance pending review.

4 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the zbaj Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device types are used. If zbaj identifies duplicate Accounts belonging to the same individual, zbaj reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. You agree to notify zbaj promptly if any of your registered details change. zbaj accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

Account sharing — that is, allowing another person to access, operate, or place wagers using your Account — is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.

5 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zbaj login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. zbaj strongly recommends that you choose a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service, and that you update your password regularly.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or believe that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify zbaj immediately at support@zbaj.io. zbaj will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the Account to prevent further unauthorised activity. zbaj accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

6 Deposits & Payment Methods

zbaj currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (United Commercial Bank), BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.

Deposits credited to your zbaj Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. zbaj strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment sources. Where zbaj identifies a deposit originating from a payment method not registered to the Account holder, zbaj may freeze the Account pending a full investigation and may return funds to their source.

• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your zbaj Balance within seconds of confirmation.
• Deposits via Rocket and Upay may take up to 5 minutes to reflect in your Balance.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours, subject to your bank's processing times.
• zbaj does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• zbaj reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

zbaj does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, borrowed funds, or any payment method that may generate a debt obligation for the Player. By depositing funds, you confirm that the money belongs to you and is not derived from any illegal activity.

7 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the original deposit into the Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. zbaj aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.

Before processing a withdrawal, zbaj may require the Player to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include the submission of a national ID card, passport, proof of address, or other documentation as zbaj deems necessary. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC requirements are satisfied.

• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the associated Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during public holidays in Bangladesh may experience processing delays of up to 4 hours.
• zbaj reserves the right to impose a maximum single withdrawal limit, which will be communicated to Players via the Account dashboard.
• In cases where zbaj suspects fraudulent activity, withdrawals may be delayed pending investigation for up to 14 days.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

zbaj may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms when accepted by the Player. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all zbaj promotional offers:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and must be wagered the specified number of times (Wagering Requirement) before any derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds that expire before Wagering Requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, the use of low-risk wagering strategies to satisfy Wagering Requirements, or collusion with other Players, will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
• zbaj reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice to Players.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications will not receive promotional notifications but may still be eligible for promotions accessible via the Platform.

9 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the zbaj Platform are supplied by certified third-party Game Providers. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. zbaj accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

All games on the zbaj Platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or certified live dealer equipment to determine outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during an active game round, zbaj's policy is to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the Player's Balance. 10 Sports Betting Rules

The zbaj sportsbook covers a wide range of sporting events, with particular emphasis on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other events popular in Bangladesh. Specific betting rules for each sport and market type are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform.

• All pre-match bets are accepted before the official start of the relevant event. zbaj reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion prior to settlement.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted during the event subject to market availability. Live betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice due to match incidents, data feed interruptions, or platform maintenance.
• Bets on events that are cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be voided, and stakes returned to the Player's Balance.
• In the event of an obvious error in published odds — including but not limited to a pricing error resulting from a technical fault — zbaj reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and Player. zbaj reserves the right to adjust individual Player bet limits without prior notice.

11 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zbaj Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their Account suspended immediately, their funds frozen pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Match-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to conceal your true location or identity.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of a person who has been self-excluded or barred from the Platform.
• Making deposits using payment methods registered to a third party.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming the same promotion more than once.

12 Responsible Gaming

• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term exclusion from the zbaj Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

13 Limitation of Liability

The zbaj Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zbaj shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of anticipated winnings.

zbaj's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zbaj accepts no liability for losses resulting from: telecommunications or internet service failures beyond zbaj's reasonable control; force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, or civil unrest; errors in information supplied by third-party data providers; or a Player's failure to comply with these Terms.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the zbaj Platform, including but not limited to the zbaj brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software, is owned by or licensed to zbaj and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the zbaj Platform without the prior written consent of zbaj. Unauthorised use of zbaj intellectual property may result in legal action.

Game content made available on the Platform is the intellectual property of the respective Game Provider. zbaj does not claim ownership over any third-party game content and such content remains subject to the applicable Game Provider's intellectual property rights.

15 Privacy & Data Protection

zbaj collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a zbaj Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

zbaj uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all personal data and financial transactions conducted on the Platform. Player data is not sold to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and Game Providers where necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

16 Amendments to Terms

zbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided at least 7 days before the new Terms take effect, except where a change is required by law or regulatory directive, in which case it may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the zbaj Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform prior to the effective date of the changes.

17 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to zbaj's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to binding arbitration under rules agreed in writing between zbaj and the relevant Player, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Users of the zbaj Platform are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. zbaj makes no representation that the Platform or its content is lawful or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction.
